From the South Leave at Junction 62 & turn right onto a690 for 6.63 miles at junction turn left onto a19 for 3.3 miles, then turn right onto a1231 at signpost for Sunderland North. Stay on a1231 for 2.5 miles. Continue on b1289 for 1.2 miles turn left and follow local roads for 0.8 miles.
From the North Join A1 from the A69, travel past the Metro Centre and the Team Valley Trading Estate then take the turn off to the A194(M), 5.9 miles from the Metro Centre. Turn onto A1231 for 6.9 Miles towards Sunderland. Continue on B1289 for 1.2 miles turn left and follow local roads for 0.8 of a mile.
